August 3, 2008 Saturday's Car Wash The band and color guard had a great turn out Saturday for our car wash. Nearly $426 was earned by the 28 students that worked in the HOT sun!!! Thanks to all parents for working with these band members and to Citgo and Foodfair for their continuous support! July 27, 2008 Good Luck in 2008 I have been involved with this program since I entered the marching band in 1998, and it holds a special place in my heart. However, I have received a full-time English teaching position in Augusta, Kentucky, so I will no longer be able to assist the band. I have thoroughly enjoyed the time I have spent helping to build this great program, and I'm thrilled to see Mr. Hunt leading this band to new heights. I wish this program the best of luck! As far as the status of this site, the band boosters finance this website. It is expected that the website responsibilities will be taken over, so this site will remain active. July 08, 2008 Car Wash Results I hope everyone had a safe and enjoyable holiday weekend! The band held a car wash on July 3. The band made appoximately $420!! Thanks to the community for their support and to the 23 band members that came out to work! The next car wash will be held during the month of August.
